Alex meets the ocean.
I bought an external hard drive enclosure yesterday. I hadn’t done any research on the brand so I googled it before opening to make sure I shouldn’t return it. I came across this review and it was too good not to post:
“My house burned down. This drive was on the floor under where the fire started. The firemen sprayed water all over it, then pulled my ceiling down on top of it, then gathered all of the rubble and threw it out the window, then threw more rubble on top of it. Then it got rained on for two days. I let it dry out for a month and just plugged it in…it works fine. Also, they sent a little screwdriver with the enclosure to help you assemble it, which I thought was cool.”
Beautiful
I took Alex to the park this morning. We listened to the new Bon Iver album (stored on my phone so we could scrobble, and in FLAC format of course) through a little Logitech portable speaker that always works well in these situations. He slept the entire time.
Last night was pretty great.
